• All units have local phone service, cable TV, wireless Internet, DVD player, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, pellet or propane stove/fireplace, balconies, linens, and basic supplies.
• To secure your reservation, we require the first night's rent within ten (10) days of your reservation request. We will send you a written confirmation when we receive your deposit. The balance of the rent, along with the security deposit, is due thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled arrival, at which time we will send you a map with directions and additional information regarding your stay.
• We require a security deposit of $100 for each unit. This security deposit is fully refundable within ten (10) days of your departure provided there is no damage, no smoking, no excessive cleaning, and the property inventory is fully intact.
• For the comfort and enjoyment of all of our guests, NO SMOKING allowed. Unit #3 ONLY is pet friendly. Thank you.

• High season and holidays subject to minimum stay.
• One (1) week minimum in July & August (Saturday to Saturday).
• 3 night minimum during holidays.

• High season rates in effect Memorial Day through Labor Day.
• We gladly accept personal checks, company checks, cash and money orders. $20 returned check fee. Credit card capability coming soon!
• First night deposit required within 10 days of booking to confirm reservation.
• Your deposit will be credited to your rental balance, which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Refundable security deposit of $100 due 30 days prior to arrival. Separate check please.

• Cancellation prior to 60 days -- fully refundable. After 60 days, refund is subject to ability to rebook canceled dates.
• THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE.

• Upon final payment, arrangements will be made for key pick-up.
• Check-in 4:00 PM.
• Check-out 12:00 PM.
